What would Christmas and the holidays be without all the treats and goodies that go along with it? Here is a great little eBook called “A Home Made Christmas.” This book has 100 simple and delicious recipes for all your special holiday meals, from a great array of dips and drinks to all the main courses and sides you could want to make for your holiday feast. And if that’s not enough, there’s also an amazing array of desserts, cakes and cookies to finish it off.
Included as a bonus is another eBook called “The Vintage Christmas Countdown.” This is a fascinating and beautifully illustrated book that has a series of articles about the history and origins of Christmas. Includes recipes, vintage art and wonderful vintage Christmas desktop wallpaper downloads. Each day features vintage artwork and illustrations from the turn of the 20th century and earlier.
Note that these are electronic books in Adobe PDF format that you download to your computer. Go check out “Home Made Christmas.“

Since I have two daughters, ages two and five, I must keep my finger on the pulse of what the hottest Christmas toys are for the 2008 season.
One of the hottest Christmas toys this year has to be Elmo Live. My wife and I saw this in a store the other day and I thought it was totally cute. My two year old would go crazy for it. It can be a bit pricey though. Keep up with changing prices by clicking Elmo Live.
Here is a list of the top 25 hottest Christmas toys this year. This list is not in any particular order, since it is essentially a composite of many lists found during my research of the hottest Christmas toys. Click on each link to go to an updated page for that toy.
